Forum | Looking for company Sun 14/03 gentle paddle Loch Eck or Holy Loch

Hi Terry, looking quite windy on Sat and Sunday 17mph gust to 30mph (W to WNW) so may not be best suited to Holy Loch. Keeping eye on weather right now to see if things change. We may be up for something, but would probably head for more wind sheltered areas. Most of this side of Cowal (Innellan/Dunoon) should be sheltered from W/WNW winds.

OK, plan is to meet up at Cluniter point, Innellan at 11am. We'll take it from there, but will either paddle up towards Dunoon or round to Toward depending on what the weathers doing and what we feel like doing on the day.

Forecast is 15-17mph WNW with potential gusts to 26mph so pretty much a replica of today, will be reasonably sheltered on this side of Cowal.

We won't have any coaches so this is just a casual paddle at your own risk, although if you fall in we will try to save you.
