A good chat (unbelievably civil as well!!).. and probably leads on pretty well from our chat in the pool friday. If you'se aren't familiar with this ukriversguidebook already, it's pretty useful (for everybody).
Does that mean I can be guilt free about using pool time to do my own thing!
The coachings good but need time to turn it from a set of instructions in your head into a natural instinctive movement before being confident about it 'working' when it really counts
Finding what doesn't work is as useful to me as being shown the correct way in a long winded sort of way!

ps. on a coaching level, I think the you could turn the tables and ask all the 'beginners' to turn into 'coaches' for the night and just sneak up behind those of us who have working rolls, and just tip us over when we least expect it so we can get some real capsize practice!
